November 6, 2008 - The third featured speaker in the 2008 BCICS and CSEHub Fall Speakers Series: Co-operation and Sustainability was Lee Fuge, founding member (and general manager) of FoodRoots Distributors Co-op, a Victoria-based distributor of local and BC organic produce and processed foods. In her lecture, Fuge discussed the possibilities and opportunities presented by a revival of the co-op model to help develop and secure our local food systems.
