The ARUC-ÉS/RQRP-ÉS working committee, in charge of promoting practices that mobilize knowledge, quickly realized that research carried out in partnership has significant advantages when it comes to transferring knowledge to practitioners/acteurs. In order to highlight these advantage, the committee has prepared this guide, which outlines the characteristics and conditions that facilitate the partnership approach to work and research.
Guide for Knowledge Mobilization in the Context of Research Partnerships
There is growing interest in knowledge mobilization, a concept usually associated with the concept of knowledge "transfer". All parties involved in research partnerships expect the knowledge stemming from research activities to be useful, whether their objective is to democratize knowledge, share it with decision makers or apply it concretely to the needs of social economy organizations and enterprises. This is why the ARUC-ÉS/RQRP-ÉS coordinating committee appointed a working committee to build on its practices in the area of knowledge mobilization.
